Sorry that you are having trouble installing Adobe Photoshop CS6 on your Mac OS High Sierra as it fails with an error " failed to initialize please download Adobe Support Advisor".

I would recommend you to follow the step shared on the following help document to resolve this error: Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra).
