Those are minimum requirements, not absolutes. Without knowing what computer you actualyl use/ intend to buy, nobody can answer this more specifically with regards to whether or not your processor may be compliant.

Computers built for "Gaming" are a good starting place. They normally have better graphics cards, and good have speed, all bundled into one computer at a reasonable price. Avoid computers that have integrated and/or switchable graphics cards, as these are harder to update. I would also avoid Intel graphic cards. Stick with nVidia or AMD. Get as much RAM as you can afford.
