Lines still following pen

So ever since I got Adobe Animate CC 2017, it's been doing this weird thing with my lines. I draw a line, and even after I pick up my tablet pen, the lines still follow. How can I fix this?

Which OS, which device? Have you updated all drivers on your device?

We have heard of a few issues with Surface Pro that are under investigation.
