Photoshop CC 2018 for Windows (19.0.1.29687) crashes..

I have recently encountered a fatal problem with Photoshop CC 2018 (19.0.1.29687) and Perfectly Clear 3.5.3.1110. When Perfectly Clear is launched as a Photoshop filter, Photoshop crashes.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Perfectly Clear 3.5 but it did not help. The following application error event is registered.
