Photoshop software to purchase

I know used to you could buy the Photoshop software, is that still possible? I have a friend who wants the actual software, they don't want to subscribe.

If you want Photoshop it is now subscription only. The photography plan is very good value and comes with Lightroom.

You can buy a perpetual licence for Photoshop Elements.
