Photoshop export HTML error

I've been noticing this for the last few times I've used the export to web legacy feature.  The HTML file exports all imagespacer.gif files and not numbered image files.  I export a 2nd time and it fixes the problem, but it's annoying to have to re-export a 2nd time.

I don't mean to be disparaging but I NEVER recommend using that legacy feature unless all you want is a quick comp to show a client.   The code PS generates from there is hideous.
