transferring photos and presets

Hey guys,

So I'm in the process of switching over from a 2015 iMac desktop computer to a MacBook Pro (without the Touch Bar) and I'd love to figure out how to transfer already edited photos, as well as saved presets from the desktop to my labtop. Does anyone know how to do that?

Which version of Lightroom? I'm thinking Lightroom Classic or Lightroom CC 2015, rather than the new cloud-native version?
