Right to Left icon missing in Paragraph Panel.

It's changed a little since that screen capture: At the upper right corner of CC desktop app, click the menu beside your picture.

Choose Preferences > Creative Cloud > Apps > App Language and you should see a menu of languages.

You need to install a different language, like Arabic or Hebrew as described here:

Thanks Steve, my CC App display doesn't show that way, rather it shows a list of all Adobe apps but no language feature like in the link you add here.

Right now I do succeed writing hebrew, not the best way but enough to do what I need to, until I find a comprehensive solution.
