Are there any tablets that run Photoshop, besides the Microsoft surface Pro? Something a little cheaper?

There are some more expensive ones like Wacom MobileStudio Pro | Wacom  that will run Photoshop  with good Performance you need good hardware for good performance. A cheap low power Mac or Windows machine may be able to run Photoshop however its performances may not be what you want.
