Digital Streaking on Import

Hello - When importing raw photos from my Nikon D5500 some of the photos have this awful digital streaking corruption. It does not happen to all the photos and seems to only appear in the film strip, but when I click to view a photo it processes correctly.

Is this just a preview problem, or are my files actually corrupted. Is there anyway to fix this? Only been happening since I switched from Lightroom classic.

Shown in screen shot - First photo selected, you can see corruption in film strip, but Okay in viewer.

If this only happens in the filmstrip and not in the main viewer, it is likely a problem with the preview database indeed.  No clue how to fix this in CC.
