Can I get back to a previous CC version of Animate?

Hello, Forum.

Adobe forced a download of the the new CC version of Animate on me during the middle of a taking finals.

It's not working. There are some glitches or it's not set up right (for example, I cannot import to stage or library any PSD or AI files) and I also cannot open the previous 2015 version.

How can I get back to the previous version that was working for me before?

So I was able to use the Adobe Chat service.

You can download and use the previous versions by clicking the Cloud Icon, and then under your software click the twirl down arrow and choose to download previous versions.
