the highlight distort the font color. help!

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with the the highlight. When I tried it, the highlighted text turned into the inverted color of the highlight mark color + distortion. e.g. highlight= yellow, the text will turn into blue from black (original) + distortion.

FYI, OS: Windows.

What version of Acrobat are you using? My Acrobat 9 has been doing that for years, but the new versions don't do that.
