Could not save because the file could not be found - Photoshop

When trying to save my pictures (layered or not) the message keep coming. -> Could not save because the file could not be found.

I have all my files OFFLINE, and they are not open in other places. I tried opening the files directly in Photoshop and from my picture (left click -> open in -> Photoshop)

Nothing works. Either Jpeg, png or tiff works..

I use Photoshop CC 2018

What to do?
