Nik Collection Plug in

I have lost Nik Collection from Photoshop. I read if you copy 2017 folder and paste it into new 2018 folder it works. Im not very good with all this and don't know how or where to paste it. At the moment I have it on my desktop.

Please can you help I use it quite a lot.
