problems with downloading lightroom

Hi

I ordered lightroom today. I got a email for confirmation and it said "get startet", i pressed the button and then it went to the website from adobe and it said, that the lightroom will be installed, but nothing happend. I can not download it. Why and what can i do?

i allready downloadet creative cloud and logged in, but still nothing.
