rtlxxx.htm files?

At the project file level, I keep getting files with the prefix of rtl (such as rtl344.htm) which are duplicates of topic files. Various compliations have resulted in different numbers of these, but at the project folder level not the WebHelp "help" folder level.

What are these? Do they have any value? Why is RoboHelp generating them? How do I get the rascals to stop populating?

I searched here and Grainge's site and found no mention of rtl. The only thing that comes to mind is "run time library".

Thanks!

Hi Kate

These are temporary files. Normally they are created when you preview a topic. Sometimes something goes wonky and RoboHelp doesn't clean up after itself. Sounds like this has happened to you. They should be totally safe to blow away.
