Error registering Distiller window class.

Hi All,

Recently we have been having some issues with using Adobe Acrobat XI to convert our invoices in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 to email them in PDF format.

Every time we click to print to Outlook (PDF format) window comes up with an error "Error Registering Distiller window class. Another copy of Acrobat Distiller may already be running. Error 1410 - Class already exists."

Now this is strange because this was working last week and we have done all the usual troubleshooting plus checking in processes to see if there is another distiller running, uninstalling/reinstalling etc..  We are running these locally on computers. Any help is appreciated.

Managed to fix this, turns out it was the licenses we were using, must of been a server/numerous use license, so we are purchasing additional licenses for individual computers and that seems to work.
