Moving Plug ins from Photoshop Elements to Photoshop CC

I have Photoshop Elements and have installed Nik Filters and Anthropics Lanscape Pro onto this programme and access it via the Filters Tab.  I have just installed Photoshop CC and want to know how to move these plug ins across to Photoshop CC.  How do i do this?
