adobe pdf pack not converting pdf to ppt

i just purchased adobe pdf pack on the premise that i could convert pdf to powerpoint (see https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/landing/exportpdf-pricing-b.html) however when i tried to do the conversion i received an error message saying my file was not supported. when i logged in to my plan i then discovered that according to my online service subscription i need to pay a further £4.59/month for this capability.

please clarify the contradiction and advise how to convert pdf to ppt

Call them again and if the agent is unable or unwilling to assist you directly, ask for their supervisor and escalate.

Adobe Customer Service is really poor. Explain to them you paid them for a service and either they can provide or you will ask your credit card company to reverse the charge since they cannot provide the service.
