Automating imports/setting of a aaui file

How do I add a customized tool (.aaui file) automatically into Acrobat 2017 without any user interaction? If this is possible, am I able to set the tools from the customized created tool to the Customized Quick Tools? (This being all without any user interaction.)

Thanks for sharing the above. With the above links it looks like it focuses on vendor apps, rather than customized (aaui) apps that need to be imported and set.
