70 images showing as available, but cannot download?

I cancelled my monthly subscription last spring, but was under the impression that the remaining image credits were still in effect. I was assured this was the case when I successfully downloaded and purchased images from my remaining credits in both September and October. Today I am trying to download an image (from my 70 remaining) and was greeted with issues. I've attached screen captures. When I try to view my credit card information (to update), it isn't an option in my account.

I have checked your account details and noticed that  your account has been suspended.

I would like to let you know that you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
