I purchased Adobe Creative Suit CS5.5 back in March of 2012 and recently reset my computer and when I logged into my adobe account to reinstall the creative suit nothing pops in my order history or in my products section. So my question is what happened to my programs and why aren't they showing up? I Spent over $400 dollars for those programs.

If you did not register your serial number with Adobe, it will not show on your account page
Since you "reset" your computer (which I will presume means you formatted the hard drive) the "find an installed serial number" in the link below won't help
If you did not write you serial number on a piece of paper and put it in a safe place, I know of no way for anyone to help

you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:
1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6):,
a. you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com
b. you can check with adobe support* (be prepared to give the email address used when registering purchasing)
2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer, (win:) http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html, (mac:) https://mac-product-key-finder.com/
3. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html
