Currently you cannot unfortunately. If you go to the Share icon and select ‘Open In’ you can select say Photoshop Mix if you have them installed. Add it there and save back to Lightroom.
It must be pretty high on the priority list though.

They just added this in an update today
Its available now! However, there seems to be a problem with getting the watermark to appear on the photos when viewing from the web.
