Problems Inserting Images

I have several new images in the appropriate project directory, but when I use the Insert Images dialog and the Images in Project Folders dropdown, I don't see the new images. I tried clicking the open folder icon to the right of Image Name across the top, but that seems to lock up the program.

I am using RH HTML 7.02 and everything is local. Thank you in advance for the help.

Is this problem only with one project? Try inserting these images into a brand new project.
