Flashlight - Field Blur

I want to blur the light, but when I hit "ok" it doesn't change anything.

Can anyone help me please?

Hi

You are only applying the blur to what is inside the masked area (see smart filter mask in your first screenshot). No matter how much you blur it - it will be applied inside that mask only.
