Dear sir/madame, My expire date for Lightroom and Photoshop should be around next July, But I am informed that my Subscription has already expired! How can i get out of this problem?

Thank you for your prompt reply the first part of your reply gave me the reason for the expiry date.
Instead of giving us the full annual subscription time THEY cut me off after only 4 months.
Do you have any idea how how do I get back to them Direct?
