Freaking out [Eyedropper]

I have a HUGe Problem. This appeared and  I can't use this two ( the ones of dropper and material projection). Please I need help so i can finish my work  soon as possible.

do you need the 3D material dropper?

Or you need the normal eye dropper?

It seems your work space has changed to the 3D workspace.

Go to menu --> Window --> Workspace  and try to change eg to --> Essentials (Default)

This workspace included the normal eye dropper tool.
