When will there be an export panel with export option formats and the ability to apply watermarks and copyright logo's

Reads like a feature request rather than a question. Would be nice if Adobe could answer such questions but, alas, they can not. The way they let us know about new features is when they are installed thru an update.

I do imagine an export module and a print module will we along fairly soon - - - at least I hope so

If you want or need all of those features then consider using Lightroom Classic CC. It could be months, or even years, before Lightroom CC has all of the features you may be accustomed to or looking for.
