Hi, recently (1 December 2017) I purchased the Lightroom CC Plan with 1 TB storage on an annual payment basis. Since I live in Indonesia, the order and purchase was made through Digital River, a partner of Adobe in Ireland. Apparently I made a wrong order. I would like to change this plan to a Photography plan with 1 TB storage that includes Lightroom Classic. I have tried to contact adobe customer service and received advice to contact Digital River. I have spent hours to search for assistance or ways to change the plan, to no avail. It looks like they are publishing that it is possible to change, bu are not transparent on how to do it. I do not want to cancel my plan I just want to change it into a more expensive plan. Is there anyone who can help me with this? I have spent so many hours wasting my time on this. Many thanks.
Hi Jan,
Sorry for the delayed response.
I have cancelled the subscription and created a refund for it.
Regards
Nic
