Where is the right forum for a DNG/RAW question?

Here's my problem, the Adobe DNG convertor (v10) won't see my Nikon raw files, it doesn't matter how I get the files from the camera to the computer, it just doesn't see them. I tried calling adobe but they just pointed me to the forums, which by the way are a nightmare to navigate around.

I have windows 10, Nikon D3400 & CS4, which I why I need the DNG convertor.

Am I going to upgrade to a later version of photoshop - no. I only use it occasionally and it's just not worth it to me (I'm a pensioner)

What do you see when you open the convertor and browse to the location of your files?

At step 1 you actually won't see any files listed - you are just picking the folder.

Same at step 2

Only at step 4 "Convert" will it search for a list of files and start converting them.
