Hi all,

After a update to photoshop cc 2018 the ajustment brush in camera Raw does not work how it should.

Before There were markers that made it very easy to reselect a ajusted area. Now after the update these markers are gone...

I've tried resetting my preferences but it did not work.

I've removed the program and reinstalled it but also that did not work.

I've also reinstalled an the previous version in the hope to get this function back but no luck so far.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Please Help...

Kind regards!!

Hi

If you have overlay checked and the markers are still not showing , try going to Preferences >Camera Raw and uncheck "Use Graphics Processor"

Yes the overlay is checked and when I click there nothing changes. On or off does not make a difference...

I can make a mask and change the color that's not the problem. The markers just don't show...

Thanks for trying to help...

Hello there,

I read your message and got curious so I updated my own camera raw and went checking. Unfortunately everything works well here, so I wonder what are you using: MAC, PC? Might that has to do with some updates of your system. High Sierra is giving some issues in other matters so I wonder, if you are working on an updated MAC, if your issue might depend on ACR and High Sierra being not compatible yet.

Can you please let us know on what you work?

Have you turned on overlay and mask

If you click on the square you can adjust the opacity and color of the mask

The overlay button does not do anything (it's the "bedekken" button in dutch).
