Artboard properties - can't type custom height and Y factor

I have an issue with artboard properties. I created new artboard and when I try to change it I go to properties. There I can only change width and X factor. Other (height and Y factor ) are inactive for some reason. They are empty and can't be clicked. Maybe I did something wrong and I don't realize it, but earlier it worked just fine so I think it might be a bug or something. Properties are working fine when it comes to rectangle tool etc. I've noticed that only while working on artboards.
