Hi Denise,
I apologize for the troubles you are facing with this app.
A couple of questions:
1. Are you trying to import the photos from your camera roll or any other location?
2. Please provide the complete details with the OS version.
3. Please confirm the version of the app installed on your device
Regards,
Sheena

Could you try to duplicate the original photo in Photos, maybe crop or edit it slightly, then see if the new image will import into Adobe Photoshop Fix?

The photos will import into the program following a warning message about the format not being supported by the program. My question remains- Why is this happening?

Hi Sheena,
I'm having the same problem except I couldn't insert any photos from my iPad Pro into Photoshop. It said unsupported format. All photos already in JPG format. Please don't ask us to go through saving it multiple times or may have to edit it just to make sure we can use it in Photoshop cause it will cost us our time. I really appreciate it if Adobe can help with this issue. Thank you in advance.
Cheers,
Tiqa

You are Replying to a Conversation that started 3 years ago. I am locking this thread.
You should start you own conversation by going to the forum for the program you are having problems with and clicking the "Post to Community" button in the upper right hand side of that forums main page.
Include as much detail as possible on your problem and your system specs.
Thanks and best of luck to you.
