Have couple thousand jpg files that I need go from 4 digits (ex. IMG_1158.jpg) to 5 digits (IMG_01158.jpg). Basically, I want to keep the current name and add a zero (a digit) at the beginning. Also, there are gaps in the numbering, they are not continuous: Sequence Number will not work  Current Filename or Preserved Filename keep the existing name but don't offer the option of inserting anything into the file name.

I’m thinking you can probably work something out in Command Prompt (if you run Windows). cmd - Batch renaming files using Windows 7 REN (adding prefix)? - Stack Overflow

You may have to remove the original prefix then add it back on.
