Hi all,
My 'manage account' section doesn't have anywhere for me to cancel, and it doesn't even show Photoshop in any section of my account profile.
I am paying $29 per month for Photoshop, and I really need to cancel.
I have tried many approaches outlined in different forums and websites.

Then you have signed on with the wrong Adobe ID, Email Address.
It says right there you have a Free Account which actually means you have NO subscriptions to any Adobe products.

You must have another Adobe ID and password attached to your paid plan.
When I log-in, I can clearly see my Plan and the Credit Card # on file. See screenshots.
Click on Manage Plan for your Plan's Details. You should also see a Cancel Plan link.

Do you know how to directly contact Adobe via email?
I don't have any other email addresses, so I don't know what's going on. I want to ask them, but I've gone through hoops trying to find out how.
