Printing - not printing at 100%

I am trying to print a wedding invite which is sized as 11.5cm x 16.5cm. However, I am unable to print at these exact dimensions. The 100% zoom is about 1cm off and that's the size which is being printed. I have tried printing as JPEG and TIFF but both are printing small. Please help!!

Have you tried printing from a PDF?

For a desk-top inkjet printer select High Quality Print from the Adobe PDF Presets.

Yeah, I did. It was still about 1cm off

What is the file image size?

What does the file size say when you go to File>Image Size? Can you confirm that the print settings say print at 100% size, and not fit to document?

The scaled print size is 100% if that's what you mean?
