Photoshop CC - Move tool skips to different Layer!! :(

I am drawing on a layer in Photoshop and when I select the "Move" tool and start to drag the layer Photoshop skips to a different layer and starts moving it instead.

I never had this problem before. I reset the Photoshop Prefs and then this just started happening.

Yes, Brilliant! I must have had the "Move" tool selected and hit the CMND key by accident.
