For some reason, whenever an image is open in Photoshop, every cursor in my other applications flickers constantly. It only goes away when I close Photoshop. When trying to work fluidly between various applications, this is very frustrating. I have just updated to the cloud, I had hoped for a more stable platform, but it seems my good old fashioned CD ROM version of Adobe from a few years ago is far superior. Yet I'm paying more for this? Very disappointed! Anybody else experiencing similar or found a way to fix the issue?
