Colored banner showing up on the bottom of the photo when you open it.

Hey ,
I currently have the issue that a few photo's , not all of them show a colored banner either on the bottom or on the right. After removing photoshop and installing it again the banners on the first photo's went away. But older photo's that worked before now show the banner. ( See picture :Imgur: The magic of the Internet   ). If I look at the picture trough the normal windows photo app or in file explorer it doesn't show the banner. It only shows in photoshop ( very rarely in bridge too).


I am using Photoshop CS6 , my PC is freshly re-installed , same with Photoshop.
Anyone knows a solution for this?

This looks like a problem with your graphics card. Try turning off the GPU acceleration in the preference under the performance tab.
