Startup screen disappeared

My startup screen disappeared and now I can see only a black screen with a gray rectangle at the bottom right corner when I start Ps.

I don't know the reason, but my guess is that it happened after the last Windows 10 update.

How can I see the stratup screen again?

I have recently updated Ps and Windows 10.

So, my other guess is that it happened after the last Ps update.

Try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.
