Switching to a new laptop, How do i also switch my Adobe CC?

just as the title sais, i am going to stop using Adobe on this PC and want to start using it on my new one, how do i do it? Btw i have a student subscription.

Just reinstall the Adobe Application Manager, then install PS from there.

I installed it from a site but i do not know how to use it, there isnt much to do on it.

What site? What did you install? Are you talking about the Adobe Application Manager?
