How to cancel an After Effects monthly subscription

Hi

In november I purchased a monthly subscription to Adobe After Effects through the Adobe web page.  I later learned that the purchase was made through Digital Rivers.

I now want to cancel the subscription but I haven't been able to.  After Effects doesn´t appear as plan I am using, so I don't get the link to "manage plan" to be able to cancel.

Can anybody help me how to cancel the subscrption.

Hi there

There are no subscriptions associated with the Adobe ID/email used to post on the forum.  Please sign out of this account on adobe.com and sign in using the Adobe ID/email you used when you signed up for the subscription.  Then, when you go to the support page, you will have the option to contact support for cancellation assistance - Contact Support

Thanks for your answer, but I don´t get neither of the pages its indicated in point #3 of the first link. I get this after clicking in manage plan.
