I have tried twice this afternoon and waited 1/2 hour each time with no chat response. It would be nice if Adobe posted a notification if they are having tech issues with Chat support. Not impressive in the least. Particularly since this is a monthly fee support model.

I had an upgrade issue, ultimately I got it resolved through help forums. Thank you for your follow up. You should however tell your clients about response delays on the chat page so they know. Those things happen as they do at call centres, but the client should be told.
