Error MSVCR110.dll when opening Adobe applications

If you are encountering the following error, "The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem," then the current installation of the Microsoft C++ Redistributables is damaged.

Reinstalling the relevant Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable allows the error to be corrected.
