Since upgrading to the most current releases all printed images have a reddish color cast. This would seem to be a major issue yet I am not able to obtain a response from Adobe.
I would appreciate any suggestions for next steps.
Thank you.

What have you done to obtain a response from Adobe, exactly?

this is the second time i have submitted the question. i have repeatedly
tried to initiate the chat function but it just goes in a loop, at least 20
times.
in terms of problem solving, i have a dell workstation and a dell laptop.
the workstation runs the most current release of photoshop, the laptop one
release back. both are connected to my printer, an epson p7000. with the
laptop and workstation, the images look the same on the screen, but the
prints are different, with the current release having a strong reddish cast.

What exactly are the settings in the print dialog? What profiles are you using for which paper, and so on?
Please post screenshots of the PS print dialog, and the printer driver advanced section ("print settings").

I just posted the two screen shots; hopefully they come through to the
conversation. Some other points to note:
1. Running windows 10; 64 bit dell workstation;
2. Prior to upgrading to current release of LR and PS, this problem did
not exist.
I look forward to your suggestions.

Using Moab Lustre paper and custom profile created directly for me by Moab.

The settings all look fine, as far as I can tell.
Is it only this paper/profile? How does it look with Epson papers and Epson profiles?

Thank you for having a look. I have not tried other combinations. The
issue arose when printing the same image before and then after the
photoshop upgrade. I used the same setting . . . i will try using the Moab
silver paper, perhaps the profile created for me has somehow become
corrupted. I will also download the lustre profile from Moab web site and
try it. Pending those results i will puchase some epson paper and give
that a try, too. Will keep you informed.
