Help! Saved PDF in Error After Deleting Pages!!!

Hi Guys,

Hopefully someone can help, if help is even possible!

I had a 50+ PDF of scanned signatures in which I edited as I only needed 2 pages to sent to a client.

I THOUGHT I had already 'Saved As' before I closed the PDF but it appears I saved over the original 50+ page PDF!!

Unfortunately the particular PC I was working on does not have a live backup so I cant even go back to previously saved data

Is there a way in which I can revert this PDF back to its original format?

I have never heard of a way to recover A once you save B over the top of A using the same name
