iconbutton that disappears in windows

I have this problem and I can not find a remedy

when I open the panel on the mac and pass the mouse on the image everything is ok

the image does not disappear

instead with windows it happens that if I step with the mouse on the image

this disappears

how to do this does not happen.

On CS6 EXTENDED with Windows 10, no problem.

You may need two icons one a mouse over icon and one not mouse over

instead of "iconbutton"

I put "image"

I tried your script on Win 10, and had no issue. Perhaps some setting in Windows that is causing this?
