Hey there

I am working with Photoshop 2017.1.2 on a MAC OSX 10.10.5 Yosemite. I suddenly can't use "export as" anymore. I am getting the following error:

Bildschirmfoto 2017-11-20 um 17.04.29.png

I already deinstalled and reinstalled Photoshop and reseted all preferences but to no avail.

Does somebody know what I could try next to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance!

fun fact: the Link in the error message leads to an "404 page not found".

I too am now having this same error. Macbook Pro

I have uninstalled Photoshop CC (2017) and deleted all the recommended files as below

Screen Shot 2017-12-04 at 19.57.49.png

After re-installing I get the same errors.

Re-installing Photoshop CC (2015.5), and it works fine. If I then update to (2017) the problem re-appears.

@Adobe please fix! or can anyone else provide a reliable fix?

I'm having the same problem and uninstalling all CC apps, CC itself, then using the CC Cleaner Tool and manually deleting all files and folders associated with CC is not helping me! Adobe, what's going on??
