I'm aware that what matters most to After Effects is memory and CPU

I want to know what the maximum computer configuration I could buy to make fast renderings.

Dual CPU or Single?

A lot of cores or less?

What kind of computer do movie studios use with Ae?

Okay... looks like that a quad core processor can be better in average that any other... Dual CPU could be interesting to do Render in After Effects while don't stop the workflow in another program like Premiere Pro, for example?

Basically, I'm wanted to know if After Effects allow that I put just a processor for your renderings

and leave the other free to another applications.

In a system with base Dual CPU.

Actually the best for overall After Effects performance is the 6-core i7-8700K

Oh, yeah! That's good...

And Dual CPU could be interesting to do Render in After Effects while don't stop the workflow in another program like Premiere Pro, for example?

After Effects enables that I define just a CPU for it?

Well I have not heard that you can split processes that way but maybe/

Here is my solution, I edit on my laptop with all the project and media on a Samsung T series external portable USB SSD.  When I go to exporting and formatting for delivery, I just unplug it and walk it to my desktop and instantly it chugs away while I am back on my laptop supporting this foruim
