Getting a "file locked" error message when I try to save basic edits in PS 5.0.2

Since my computer updated to the newest windows version I can no longer save anything I do in photoshop 5.0.2

I get an error message saying the file is locked and I should unlock it in the properties within windows explorer....

Is my version too old or do I need an update to save pics after I edit them? I am using windows 10 and its really frustrating to not be able to do something as simple as "save or save as" functions.
